KindredHouse is an international endeavor working to promote and advocate for long-term community education, health, and development solutions.  The mission of Kindredhouse is to empower people to fight global poverty and associated health conditions through sustainable, life-changing health and development programs.

It began with a monk and a hospital.

Kindredhouse began working in Cambodia in 2011.  While traveling in Cambodia we had the opportunity to meet Doeun Len. Len, a former Buddhist monk, introduced us to his family and friends and we came to know and love them. Wonderfully, we were given the opportunity to serve within this community.  Our goal was to create and sustain a safe, modern, technologically equipped rural health clinic; mentor and professionally train staff; and fund supplies, medications and other tools needed to improve the health of the community.
